Sourced from smallholder farmers in Guji Hambella, this washed processed coffee is produced from carefully handpicked ripe cherries grown at high altitude. The cherries are fully washed and fermented using clean water, then slowly dried on raised beds to enhance clarity and balance. This process highlights the distinctive Guji profile, offering a cup known for clean structure, bright acidity, and refined sweetness. At the producer level, fermentation, washing, and drying are closely monitored to ensure consistency and specialty-grade quality. The coffee is fully traceable from farm to export and produced using sustainable farming practices.

Brewing Pointers
