Freshness & Order Processing

 

Freshness is central to Harenna Coffee’s philosophy. To ensure optimal quality, all coffees are roasted, packed, and dispatched according to a controlled schedule:

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM on a scheduled roasting day are roasted the following day
  • Coffees are sorted and packed within 48 hours after roasting
  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after processing to preserve maximum freshness

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Processing times may be extended during peak periods.

Delivery Timelines

 

United Arab emirates

  • Standard delivery: 1-3 business days

GCC Countries

  • Standard delivery: 3-5 business days
  • Free shipping available on orders above the published minimum order value

International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: 7-10 business days
  • Express international Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Free international shipping available on orders above the published minimum order value

All delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to customs clearance or courier delays.

Shipping Rates

 

Shipping cost are calculated and displayed at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • selected shipping method
  • Order value
  • In some cases, a shipping quotation may be shared via email prior to dispatch

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery progress.

 

Delivery Delays & Liability

Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the dispatch date.
Harenna Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections or clearance procedures
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
  • Force majeure events beyond our control

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will assist with investigation and resolution in coordination with the courier.
