1. Acceptance of Terms
This website (www.harennacoffee.ae) is owned and operated by HARENNA LLC-FZ, a company duly registered in the United Arab Emirates.
By accessing, browsing, or using this Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with any policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific products or services.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Website immediately.
2. Eligibility
Use of this Website is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register, place orders, or conduct transactions on this Website.
3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
4. Sanctions & Restricted Countries
We do not trade with or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned or restricted countries.
Orders originating from or destined to such jurisdictions will not be processed.
5. Website Modifications
Harenna reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to:
- Modify or discontinue any product, service, or content
- Restrict or terminate access to the Website
- Update these Terms at any time
Continued use of the Website following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
6. Product Information & Accuracy
All product descriptions, images, specifications, and content are provided in good faith for informational purposes.
While we strive for accuracy, minor variations in appearance, packaging, labeling, or specifications may occur.
Use of the Website and reliance on its content is at your own risk.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All Website content—including text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, and design—is the exclusive intellectual property of Harenna LLC-FZ and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

9. Pricing & Currency
All prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.
Where applicable, 5% UAE VAT will be added at checkout in accordance with UAE tax regulations.
10. Payments
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Visa / Mastercard
- Online payment gateways
- Cash on Delivery (where available)
- Bank transfer (upon approval)
Harenna is not responsible for bank charges, currency conversion fees, or additional costs imposed by your financial institution.
Cardholders must retain copies of transaction records and merchant policies.
11. Order Confirmation
Once payment is successfully completed, an order confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours.
Order acceptance is subject to product availability and payment verification.
12. Roasting, Fulfilment & Delivery
Where applicable:
- Coffees are roasted according to scheduled production cycles
- Orders are packed shortly after roasting to ensure freshness
- Dispatch timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or customs processes
Harenna is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
13. Import Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for:
- Import duties
- Customs charges
- Local taxes
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Harenna shall not be liable for seized, delayed, or rejected shipments due to local regulations.
14. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
If you receive incorrect or defective items:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 10–45 days, depending on the issuing bank.
Shipping costs and customized orders are non-refundable.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Harenna shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Liability shall not exceed the total value of the order placed
Product images and descriptions are non-contractual and provided for reference only.
16. Force Majeure
Harenna shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Transportation disruptions
- Labor strikes
- Acts of war
Equipment Sales – Terms & Conditions
17. Quotation Validity
All equipment quotations are valid for fourteen (14) days from the issue date unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability are subject to confirmation at the time of order.
18. Order Confirmation (Equipment)
Equipment orders are considered confirmed only upon written acceptance of the quotation and receipt of the agreed advance payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
19. Pricing & Payment Terms (Equipment)
All equipment prices are quoted in AED unless stated otherwise.
Payment terms are 100% advance, or as mutually agreed in writing.
Bank charges, currency conversion fees, and intermediary bank fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
20. Delivery & Lead Time (Equipment)
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on manufacturer availability, shipping method, customs clearance, and logistics conditions.
Delays beyond the seller’s reasonable control shall not constitute a breach of contract.
21. Shipping & Risk Transfer
Shipping terms (EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP) shall be confirmed prior to invoicing.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon dispatch or as per the agreed Incoterms®.
22. Installation & Training
Installation, commissioning, and operator training are not included unless explicitly stated in the quotation.
Any on-site services, if required, will be quoted separately.
23. Warranty
Equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, voltage fluctuation, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
24. Returns & Cancellations (Equipment)
All equipment sales are final.
Returns, exchanges, or order cancellations are not accepted once the order is confirmed, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects acknowledged by the manufacturer.
25. Taxes & Duties (Equipment)
Any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, clearance charges, or regulatory costs in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated in writing.
26. Limitation of Liability (Equipment)
Harenna LLC-FZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, or production loss arising from the use or inability to use the equipment.
27. Ownership
Title to the equipment remains with Harenna LLC-FZ until full payment has been received.
