Sidama Arbegona - Washed
Sourced from smallholder farmers in Sidama Bensa Arbegona, one of Ethiopia’s highest-growing coffee regions, this washed-processed coffee is produced from carefully handpicked ripe cherries. After harvest, the cherries are fully washed and fermented with fresh water, then slowly dried on raised beds under cool, high-altitude conditions. This process enhances clarity, structure, and brightness, highlighting the refined character for which Arbegona coffees are known. At the producer level, fermentation, washing, and drying are closely controlled to ensure clean quality and consistency. The coffee is fully traceable from farm to export and produced using sustainable smallholder farming practices.
