Yirgacheffe Gedeb - Natural
Sourced from smallholder farmers in Yirgacheffe Gedeb, this natural-processed coffee is produced from carefully handpicked, fully ripe cherries grown at high altitude. The cherries are sun-dried whole on raised beds, allowing slow fermentation and even drying that intensify natural sweetness while preserving clarity. This traditional process enhances the expressive character of Gedeb, resulting in a cup with vibrant fruit notes, refined sweetness, and elegant structure.Â
At the producer level, drying and sorting are closely managed to ensure clean quality and consistency. The coffee is fully traceable from farm to export and produced using sustainable smallholder farmingÂ
practices.
