Guji Hambella - Honey
Micro-Lot · Limited Harvest · Seasonal Availability
This honey-processed coffee from Guji Hambella is produced using carefully handpicked ripe cherries, pulped with a controlled amount of mucilage left intact during drying. The coffee is slow-dried on raised beds, allowing the natural sugars in the mucilage to enhance sweetness while maintaining balance and clarity. This method results in a cup that combines fruit brightness, smooth body, and refined sweetness, while clearly expressing the Guji terroir. At the producer level, drying and sorting are closely managed to ensure consistency, cleanliness, and specialty-grade quality. The coffee is fully traceable from farm to export and produced using sustainable farming practices.
