Sourced from smallholder farmers in Guji Hambella, this natural-processed coffee reflects the distinct terroir of southern Ethiopia. Ripe cherries are handpicked and sun-dried whole on raised beds, allowing the fruit sugars to fully develop and infuse the beans. The result is a cup with ripe fruit character, natural sweetness, and layered complexity, expressing the vibrant profile Guji Hambella is known for. Careful drying and sorting at the producer level ensure clean quality and consistency suitable for specialty markets. Produced with traditional knowledge and sustainable farming practices, this coffee offers full traceability from farm to export.

Brewing Pointers

  • Target Brew Time: 2:00 – 2:30 minutes
