Sidama Arbegona - Natural
Sourced from smallholder farmers in Sidama Bensa Arbegona, one of Ethiopia’s highest-growing coffee areas, this natural-processed coffee is produced from fully ripe, handpicked cherries. The cherries are sun-dried whole on raised beds at high altitude, allowing slow, even drying that intensifies fruit sweetness while preserving clarity. This traditional process highlights the unique terroir of Arbegona, known for its cool climate, dense beans, and refined cup structure. Careful drying, regular turning, and strict sorting at the producer level ensure clean quality and consistency. The coffee is fully traceable from farm to export and produced using sustainable, smallholder farming practices.
